Enrolling Estatements

Enjoy the safety, convenience and privacy of your Gulf Coast Bank e-Statement!

Important Notice: Starting November 5, 2025, Gulf Coast Bank & Trust will begin sending your e-statement notifications from a new email address, changing from estatements@gulfbank.com to estatements@notifications.gulfbank.com.

Already Signed Up for Digital Banking?

  1. Login to Digital Banking.

  2. Select User Preferences on the side navigation bar.

  3. Select Statement/Notice Delivery

  4. Change the Delivery Type to Electronic Statement for each account you wish to enroll

  5. Confirm Delivery Email Address (if incorrect, please call us at 504-561-6124 or 1-800-223-2060)

  6. View and accept the E-Statement Delivery Disclosure, click Submit

If the account you wish to enroll in eStatements is not displayed, click the link at the top of the page and follow the enrollment steps on the form.

Avoid the monthly paper statement fee and go paperless with eStatements.

Not enrolled in Digital Banking?

How to Retrieve your eStatement:

  1. Click on View Statements/Notices on the side navigation bar.

  2. Select the Account and Date for the statement you wish to view.

    • If this is the first time you are accessing your Statement, you will be prompted to verify that you are able to view the Statement in .pdf format.

  3. Select Download document or View and print document.
