Hillory Hracek

Hillory Hracek is a nationally licensed Certified Mortgage Advisor (CMA)—a designation held by only eight professionals in the state of Louisiana. With over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, Hillory is passionate about helping homebuyers understand their options and feel confident every step of the way, from pre-approval to closing.

She began her career at Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Company after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Southeastern Louisiana University. Hillory quickly rose through the ranks, serving as the bank’s Director of Marketing before transitioning full-time into mortgage lending. Today, she leads one of the bank’s top-performing teams, having originated more than 500 loans totaling over $88 million in volume.

Known for her deep market knowledge and client-first approach, Hillory specializes in structuring complex files for first-time buyers, self-employed borrowers, and those purchasing from family members using creative strategies like gift-of-equity financing. She works tirelessly to tailor mortgage solutions that align with her clients’ financial goals.
