Stephanie Metzler

Stephanie Metzler Cox has been around the mortgage industry for pretty much her whole life. Her mother has worked as a loan officer serving Slidell since she was a baby. Stephanie attended college at the University of New Orleans and, after a initially working in title insurance, she joined Gulf Coast Bank’s mortgage division. In her 7 years with Gulf Coast Bank, Stephanie has exceled in just about every front-end operations role available, moving into loan processing, and now, achieving her long-term goal of working as a loan officer.

In 2021, she joined fellow mortgage originator Allison Byrd to form a team dedicated to helping new and seasoned homebuyers purchase and invest in properties in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Slidell. She is excited to help homebuyers achieve their dreams of homeownership and investors build wealth. Stephanie is married with three sons. When she’s not working, she endearingly fulfills her second job of “Mom.”
