Tommy Manzella

Tommy Manzella is a graduate of Tulane University's A. B. Freeman School of Business ('05) with a double major in Marketing and Legal Studies in Business. He spent his first 10 post-graduate years pursuing a career as a professional baseball player. After retiring from baseball in 2014, Tommy transitioned into his second career as a Mortgage Lender, joining the team at Gulf Coast Bank Home Loans. He works great with first-time homebuyers, offers many grant program options in addition to the standard Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, Jumbo and Doctor loan programs. Tommy is also very experienced in structuring Construction and Renovation loans.
